1. What is HSPay.lk?
HSPay.lk is a cloud-based payroll and attendance management system for
small and medium businesses in Sri Lanka. It automates payroll calculations,
EPF/ETF, attendance imports, OT rules, leave tracking, and generates
payslips & reports.
2. How do I register for HSPay.lk?
You can register your company directly from the login page by clicking
Create a Company and entering your basic details.
An OTP will be emailed for verification.
3. Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing,
role-based permissions, and secure cloud infrastructure
to protect all payroll and employee information.
4. Can HSPay import attendance from fingerprint or face devices?
Yes. HSPay supports biometric devices such as Hikvision, ZKTeco,
and other common attendance machines. Attendance can be synced
automatically via LAN, Wi-Fi, or cloud.
5. Does HSPay calculate EPF/ETF automatically?
Yes. The system automatically calculates employer and employee EPF/ETF
contributions according to Sri Lankan regulations.
6. What payroll features are included?
HSPay includes OT calculation, late penalties, shift rules,
allowances, no-pay deductions, leave management, payslip generation,
and monthly payroll summary reports.
7. Can I add multiple users and roles?
Yes. Admins can create HR, Manager, and Viewer accounts with
restricted permissions to manage payroll securely.
8. How much does HSPay cost?
The pricing plans start at Rs. 1,500/month for small businesses.

9. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. No long-term contracts.
Your data can be exported before cancellation.
